For all of our smoke ventilation systems Emtec React can provide a full turnkey solution from Design to Installation and Commissioning.

Our in House Design Team will produce a full set of GA Drawings, Schematics and Details based upon the latest architect drawings. Client is to provide a full set of architects drawings, fire strategy report and specification, from there Emtec React will do the rest!

Once the Design has been approved by the Authority having Jurisdiction, our experienced projects team will lead the installation on site coordinating with the Builder, M&E Contractor, Fire Alarm specialist and any other trade in completing the installation.

On completion of the installation and once mains power is available the system will be tested and commissioned. A full pack of commissioning documentation will be provided along with a detailed Operation and Maintenance Manual.

Natural Smoke Ventilation

Emtec React design, supply and install fully compliant natural smoke ventilation systems to protect life and property in the event of a fire. Using automatically opening vents, smoke shafts and roof-mounted solutions, these systems allow heat and smoke to escape naturally, maintaining clear escape routes and improving conditions for fire service access.

All systems are designed in line with UK Building Regulations and relevant British Standards, with a focus on reliability, efficiency and seamless integration into residential and commercial buildings.

Mechanical Smoke Ventilation

Emtec React provide expertly designed and installed mechanical smoke ventilation systems that actively extract smoke and heat from buildings during a fire event. Using high-performance fans, ductwork and intelligent control systems, mechanical ventilation offers precise smoke management where natural ventilation is not feasible.

Smoke & Fire Damper Systems

Emtec React design, install and commission smoke and fire damper systems that play a critical role in controlling the spread of fire and smoke through ventilation ductwork. Automatically activated in response to heat or smoke detection, dampers compartmentalise buildings, protect escape routes and maintain the integrity of fire-rated walls and floors.
